We are continually investing in improvements to reduce our use of carbon fuels and to increase machine efficiency and reduce raw material waste.

Our waste glass is recovered by a 'cullet' agent and subsequently recycled into the manufacture of fibreglass insulation, thus avoiding landfill whilst contributing toward an energy saving material. A 'double whammy'.

We have separate collection systems that ensure all waste cardboard is recovered and recycled.

The lubrication oil for our machines (BP and EP grade liquid paraffin for glass contact) is recovered and recycled on site to minimise wastage.

Other waste that we cannot recycle is disposed of by sub-contractors, with controlled procedures for any electrical equipment or any items classed as hazardous.
